Data analysis in R – A comprehensive introduction for the humanities and social sciences
Statistics (1): Descriptive statistics & Reporting results

This session covers a range of descriptive statistics (such as the mean, median, variance, and standard deviation) and shows how to calculate them as well as (grouped) counts and percentages in R. We then move on to a demonstration of reproducible Quarto documents which update when the underlying data changes, thus allowing you to record your analysis and interpretations of the data in beautifully formatted Word documents.
